Unfortunately, after probably a decade of usage, I'm going to have to switch to another solution. Not having the widget and not having a constant visual reminder on my android screen has consistently led me to miss some pretty important things. The NextGen just isn't a solution without the widget. I've been trying to wait, but it's taking too long and I'm missing crucial things in the meantime. I'm trying to see if I can still get the legacy (as I've seen in a few places that might be a potential solution). Unfortunately, I'm not able to downgrade what I have in the Android store. If someone can point me to where the legacy is still available, I'll happily switch because I'm dreading losing my history. Unfortunately, I just don't see another option at this point.

Another +1 for widgets with the new app in android. Everything else happening with Toodledo lately is promising, but lack of the ability to create multiple widgets with different views could be a deal-breaker for me. As long as the old app keeps working until the new app has this feature, I'm ok.

NextGen doesn't have widgets yet. I use the ones from the Legacy app, but they're currently broken. So no, currently no widgets.

YES! I used toodledo exclusively through Android list widgets before the legacy app quit syncing. I'm in limbo until the new app gets these!!!

I'm glad somebody brought this up. This is one of Toodledo's best and most underrated feature. The toodledo widget currently is extremely robust and extremely customizable. PLEASE!!!! keep this going on the next app.
