If I go to the Tags Organiser, I can only see 2 tags, whereas I have several (at least 5 in high rotation). This looks to be a bug for me.

I'm currently on Version 142.0.7444.135 (Official Build) (64-bit) of Chrome on OS Microsoft Windows 11 Pro 10.0.26200 Build 26200
