Setting due time in new Android app doesn't work

Tapping Add Due Time on bottom of Due Data dialog pops up dialog with 2 dials - 00-23 (hours) and 00 - 55 (minutes) in increments of 5. Dialog keeps returning after tapping OK. Eventually dialog disappears but due time isn't set.
Being able to set due time is a MUST HAVE.
Additionally, AM/PM would be much friendlier than 00-23.
Even better - use the same date picker control as the Google Android calendar app uses.

I am also facing a similar issue with time. The dialog box reappears repeatedly everytime when I click "Ok". When I touch outside the dialog box for about 2-3 time in quick succession then this dialog box will go.
